After 5 years of practice in the traditional health care model, Gabby started The Run Rx to provide more personalized attention with clients and to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and staying active across the lifespan of the modern athlete.

When she's not at The Run Rx (or out for a run herself!), you'll find her enjoying quality time with her husband, son, and goldendoodle, Ziggy! She has a passion for all sports, especially her beloved Boston teams. She's a washed up basketball and soccer player but still loves to stay active including with snowboarding which she has been doing for 20 years! However, when she finally takes a moment to pause, nothing beats unwinding on a beautiful New England beach, with a great book and a cold IPA.
