Runeasi is backed by 10 years of clinical research

We get measurable information on how hard you’re landing, instability/alignment and asymmetry which are highly correlated with performance & injury.

All of this reflected in an easy to understand running health score we can use to measure progress.

Live biofeedback gives us the ability to see what’s working with running gait retraining, taking out all the guesswork.

OUTCOMES

“For the past 2 years I have seen my running ability regressing to the point that I decided to consult with The Run Rx and sign up for gait analysis and training sessions. I’ve since seen improvements in my form with the adjustments recommended”

Tangible results after seeing them:

  • running sub-2 half marathons again (haven't for 3 years)

  • PR in the last marathon I ran

I can’t say enough good things about The RunRX. Every time I leave the practice I feel like a million bucks. If I could give more stars I would.

I had sought out professional advice in the past from running experts, chiropractors and other active recovery resources but no one had the solution for me. It had gotten to a point where I couldn’t even run.

It’s been about 8 weeks of healing at this point and I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. A feeling I haven’t had for years.
