For the newly pregnant runner looking for guidance and wellness check-ins through the 2nd and 3rd trimester as well as early postpartum transitions. It includes 3 full body evaluations/gait analysis.

After each evaluation you will receive customized exercises to focus on as your body and needs change as well as lots of FREE Ebooks to guide each phase of pregnancy, delivery and postpartum but does not include follow up custom training sessions. 

The Postnatal R2R Program

For the new runner mom who is eager to get control of aches and pain, navigate diagnoses related to pregnancy and childbirth, feel better with how they move and return to running! Safely!

This will include customized follow up training sessions to meet your current stage of postpartum, build strength and confidence. 


Option of 16 or 24 follow up session options. 

The Comprehensive Pre & Postnatal Running Program

The ultimate comprehensive For the Moms program combines our Prenatal Resilience and Postnatal R2R Program. It offers guidance and modification throughout your pregnancy as your body changes to keep you strong and prepare for childbirth. In the postnatal period we will restore proper breathing strategies, monitor diagnoses related to pregnancy and birth, initiate safe and progressive strength training while working toward a return to running and higher level activity. 

Option of 16 or 24 follow up session options.
